Exposure to cybersecurity industry basics.

-Serious POSH-related concerns have been raised in the past but were not properly acknowledged, and no meaningful action was taken. The person involved in the POSH case is a relative of the management, creating a perception that complaints may not be handled impartially. Women's safety appears to be given little importance, and many employees feel unable to raise concerns because they fear they will fall on deaf ears. - There is no proper HR function. An administrative staff member informally handles HR responsibilities without the structure or accountability expected from a dedicated HR team. - Highly paid consultants with multiple external commitments contribute less than full-time employees. - The company operates more like a loosely managed community than a structured organization. - Office conditions are poor, with broken chairs, unfinished furniture, unpainted walls, and an overall poorly maintained workspace.
