      Maria was fantastic. Owners have employees backs when it comes to issues.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't good. Long hours and only 1 person working in store usually. Might not see anyone your whole 8 hour shift.

      FireDisc is a wonderful company to work for. Being part of a company with true vision and a truly innovative product has been a great experience. The staff is 100% dedicated to making this company one of the premier outdoor brands in the country. Their family first approach to the day to day business truly makes you feel part of the team. The sky is the limit with FireDisc.

      Cons

      This is a young company to work with. You must be flexible and willing to go the extra mile as FireDisc is a fast paced environment and requires that flexibility.

      They were nice to their employees. They gave me a whole set for free. They back up their employees.

      lots of extra work for minimum wage
