      - Cold call career oriented professionals - Lots of turnover

      Cons

      - Embellishes the truth and credentials - Family owned organization with leadership severely lacking professionalism - Leadership watches online videos all day when he shows up - Leadership coasting on trust fund; this is something to do in the meantime - Be prepared for racial remarks and backstabing

      - very fast pace environment that is intellectually stimulating - the organization is very flat, which provides a lot of room to take on additional responsibilities - management is always investing in the company’s growth making it a force to be reckoned with in the industry - great place for somebody looking to build their career, advance or do something industry defining - overall a great culture of individuals being valued
