Cons
This list could be endless but here goes: - Terrible/extremely gaslighty management - Zero career and salary progression. They may increase your salary to cover inflation, but you will not get anything more. They will verbally promise a promotion so you get more responsibilities but with no official recognition or salary to reflect it. - No one truly knows what they're doing. - Stingy. This one is a weird one, as they have annual company dinner every year and they share how successful they're doing but the benefits reduce every year. I don't really understand this logic. - Sexist colleagues - Complete lack of training for the role despite being a training company Honestly I would give negative rating to this company if it's possible.
