Smart people leading the company with confidence in the product, and in the benefits it provides to our customers. Well thought out product with a great deal of potential. The information that can be shared with customers to assist in metric based goals is really exciting. Company is based in Israel, but are over the top inclusive of other cultures and languages. They hold meetings in English just to include the employees they have in the U.S. in their company wide events. They are very encouraging and receptive of collaboration with how to add or change a process to benefit their customer. Keep this up - not all ideas are winners, but some will help you grow very fast. Here, you have a serious opportunity to grow your career skillset.
Cons
There are not many processes in place as this is the definition of an early startup. If you are looking for a job with processes, procedures, and details all completed and ready, you are probably better off waiting to apply. But if you're like me - that might excite you.
