I was lured to FF with the tour of the place and a great story… It is all very impressive

The Culture is horrendous. At first you may think it is just a couple people that you can just learn to avoid or will eventually get fired, but eventually you realize the most toxic person in the company is the owner. He alone is the reason so many great people no longer work there and why I am looking for something different. A few months ago it looked like things were headed in the right direction and then he stepped in a derailed everything. This company could be SO Good, but it’s hard to fire the boss.
