Pros
Great technology to work with (Mesh) People from both dev/test are very helpful Company sponsors outing and lunch regularly, to help relieve of hectic work schedule Customer implementations are clearly visible to everyone.
Cons
Unclear roadmap.. Financial situation of the company is not visible to employees, one day planned to go for outing and next day, it was cancelled, due to financial instability and jobs were cut! All this lead to people moving out of company faster.
