      In my position it was self-organized role. Friendly team.

      Cons

      All salary was grey, no helping from executives all problems I solve by myself. Full chaos in management. Only Goal is money no professional growing. Employees only hands and no benefits for this

      Pros

      If you are fresher or have 1-2 years of experience, it will be good for you to join them and learn the market.

      Cons

      Pressure is extremely high. One man's leadership and he keeps on changing things as he desires. He is a good person too but maybe not the best people person. Salaries are comparatively less as per the market standards. This is actually a Russian company.
