Do NOT work here! - Customer Service Representative First Billing Employee Review

This place was the worst place to work. I would go home crying to my fiance because of how bad the management was as well as the work environment. You are on the phone 24/7 and had to ask to even step away from your desk. For anything... Also, anything you would bring up to your manager that was alarming to you, they would brush to the side. They definitely were not looking at what their employees wanted but rather what could benefit them and their money gain. There also was an instance when I worked there where one of the managers was rude and racist to one of the sweetest customer reps we ever had. And I believe she still works there. No repercussions were made even though management was told about the situation. There was a lot of bullying and sneakiness towards the employees that I was not about. Additionally, one of the management leaders was getting way too friendly with the young females in the office. He had a history of cheating on his wife and made us all uncomfortable when he came around. Also only 30 minutes lunch breaks. This place was a train wreck. I am not saying all this to be malicious but to hopefully prevent this experience from happening to someone else.
