A very good company, almost 5 stars!! - Accounting Department First Capital Employee Review

People oriented, great culture, nice people around. Busy & challenging but overall good work/life balance. Many staffs left but came back after they explored and compared then found out FCR is good. Great and flexible Medical and Dental Benefits, even better than the government offices, RRSP contributions matched. Decent pay with bonus, Tuition & membership reimbursement, company paid training, flexible working hours, office closed the last week of December so that employees can spend times with family, summer hours, great social events and catering to meet with other staffs.
