Great Culture - Anonymous employee First Capital Employee Review

I worked with an assistant who is clearly incapable of doing his job and I sometimes had to pull his weight, but the VP doesn't seem to do anything about it, and lets it slide. Great person, but she might need some more management training, and learn how to have hard conversations. The assistant needs to go though.
