Pros
Felt valued in the interview process and continue to feel valued by the company. FCR offers great compensation and benefits. They have a hybrid work model which makes it flexible but I love coming in as well as they have a great company culture. My team is the best!
Cons
Can look into better applications to reduce the workload.
