      Decent pay and not in downtown Chicago

      Cons

      Family run business and the family is a bunch of lazy bums. Many bad decisions. Act like they are religious but underlying they are NOT.

      Great boss, great runs, little downtime.

      As per usual, sometimes there is a bad dispatcher. So try to work around them.
