      Transportation and fitness allowance. MacBook Air provided by the company.

      Cons

      You think the starting salary’s good, but after tax and all other deductions, you’re left with so little! And let’s not even start talking the job. It’s fairly easy and simple but very toxic! It drains you mentally, emotionally, and physically!!

      Pros

      For those who aspire to become business owners in the future, First Circle is a great place to grow. Since SMEs are FC's main customers, you gain exposure and learn how businesses operate while earning based on performance and merit.

      Cons

      Despite having annual profit sharing, the company culture is merit based. Salary increases and promotions are not guaranteed and mainly depend on work output / overall performance and high potentials.
