It's OK if u into sales - Sale First Class Solutions (MD) Employee Review

Recent graduate in Business and the skills I learned while working there will always be a foundation for me while starting up my own company. I was able to see everything from the ground level of the business, while it is hard work the ABILITY to sharpen your skills is the biggest thing i took working with Mr. Manny and his team. His strategies and work ethic in the business is what I have taken most from him and his relentless work ethic has shown me how much work is needed in building your own empire and future.

If you have a mindset that is not aggressive and business minded you will not understand the industry of sales and marketing that First Class teaches. Also, the hours are longer and not your typical 9-5 but truthfully business is not for 9-5 mindset people. I really can't say anything negative about my experience but I will one day run my own business from 99% attitude and 1% skill and understand you have to question yourself "did i reach my goals"?

I worked with Manny for just under a year, it is HARD work that pays off. What he offers at First Class Solutions is the ability to grow. Nothing more, nothing less. The jobs and career he has to offer is not some desk job where you will get acknowledged for mediocre achievements, it is a career where you learn from the bottom learning the absolute basics and you grow from there. If you don't have drive to succeed, you will NOT get what you want. In my time working at FCS I started as a field agent where I learned what it took to succeed and how to work with people and managed to grow and earn the position of his Office Administrator. It is hard work, for those who truly want to learn the ins and outs of running a business. It was a great opportunity for me, and can be for anyone who wants to learn and grow for business.

It's hard work that requires dedication beyond belief. If you want an easy job with immediate pay off and no opportunity for growth, this is not the job or work place for you. Here, you work hard and you learn so you can grow. NOT a desk job (this is both a "pro" for some and a "con" for others)
