First Coast Autism is a great place to work and grow as an RBT. The team is supportive, the supervisors are knowledgeable, and the focus on individualized care truly makes a difference for the kids. I’ve seen real progress in our clients and felt valued as part of the team every step of the way.
Cons
Clients occasionally cancel appointments, but that's a general challenge in our field, and one of the reasons why the pay is as high as it is.
