Overall, I’ve had a positive experience at First Commerce Credit Union. The organization values its team members and fosters a supportive, collaborative environment. Leadership is approachable, and there are meaningful opportunities for professional growth and development through our tuition reimbursement program and continuing education initiatives. The culture is very team-oriented, and there is a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Some processes remain manual or not fully streamlined. There is an opportunity to improve system efficiency and integration to better support daily operations, but there are projects currently taking place to make our processes more automated.

Really good work environment and opportunities for growth.

Had to do a rotating schedule to work a half day on Saturday. But it really wasn’t that bad.
