      Pros

      Enjoyed the work as it was challenging and pay was not bad at all. I really enjoyed working with the other employees.

      Cons

      Not much to say, wish there was a faster promotion track and better defined roles within the company. But overall these are minor in comparison.

      Pros

      not a lot of pros to work with here. a few nice coworkers

      Cons

      Leadership is the old tough guy approach where they want to stick a finger in your chest and tell you get going "or else"! CEO vision is short sighted at best and decisions are made with knee-jerk reactions.
