      First Community Bank is a fabulous place to build a career. There is a real sense of family that begins at the CEO level.

      Pros

      not a lot of pros to work with here. a few nice coworkers

      Cons

      Leadership is the old tough guy approach where they want to stick a finger in your chest and tell you get going "or else"! CEO vision is short sighted at best and decisions are made with knee-jerk reactions.
