Pros
Almost everyone is supportive and easy to get along with. The co-workers I had were lively, had a great sense of humor.
Cons
Processing remittances is simple but repetitive, monotonous... But I saw others who were able to deal with the monotony. I was having waking nightmares that I was stuck in he'll going in circles. Some others had no problem even volunteering for overtime. Some overtime is mandatory. If you are okay doing this work, the overtime will sound like good news for you. Also some of the shifts are overnight, so for me that was a problem. If you can do it, you can make decent $$ if you learn to be quick and accurate. Also, company frequently needs overtime from workers. This might be difficult if you have other commitments like school....but, management tries to be flexible when possible.
