First Factory was the place where I truly became a professional software engineer. I joined the company early in my career when the team was much smaller, and over the years I had the opportunity to grow alongside incredibly talented people, work with international clients, and gain exposure to real production environments and modern technologies. One of the things I value most is that the company genuinely gives people opportunities to grow. Throughout my journey, leadership trusted me with increasingly complex projects and responsibilities, which played a huge role in shaping both my technical skills and professional mindset. After more than 8 years with the company, I decided to leave to pursue a personal goal: building my own software product from scratch. During that time, I gained a much deeper understanding of product ownership and business thinking, and grew significantly both personally and professionally. What says the most about First Factory, in my opinion, is that after that journey, I chose to come back — and they welcomed me back with open arms. That speaks volumes about the culture, relationships, and level of trust the company builds with its people. The engineering talent inside the company is genuinely strong, and there is a culture of collaboration, learning, and helping each other improve. If you are motivated, willing to learn, and want exposure to international-level software development, it is a great place to grow.
