For the first time in my life, I truly feel I found my home. I still cant believe this business is real. I feel blessed to know these people. For the first time in my life I feel excited to come to work.

Not a manager in site....only LEADERS at the top. It gives meaning to followership when you WANT to follow the CEO on down.

Fellow coworkers, including those at other branches are often friendly as well as upper management. They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and on weekdays close at a good time.

Compensation is less than the average when compared to bank’s in the nearby area. In fact, possibly the lowest. Rates are similarly not competitive.
