      Pros

      There are a number of great things about First Financial Security. They have a great compensation plan, flexibility, no inventory to purchase, and self-development to be a business owner.

      Cons

      Although this is a great company, I often find that training is not consistent. When we do have training, the training session is often repetitive and they never incorporate skills training. My team leader is hardly not available when I have a specific question that needs to be answered.

      Some nice training meetings. That's it.

      Cons

      Lowest commission. Basically one IUL product sold. Rude and unprofessional upper level agents.
