Great Company - Membership Representative First Financial Security Employee Review

First Financial Security is a very good company to work with. Independent Business Owners who are disciplined and who have the capacity to go behind the scenes and learn the details of what's involved in this business and how it works can do well and EVERYONE has the same opportunity to get to the top. I have been here two years but only got my license a year ago and started working hard a few months ago and I am already climbing.

If you do not know how the hierarchy structure, you can be taken advantage of by unscrupulous agents who wear the First Financial Security name. But these people do not represent the owner and home office and brokerage owners even in every location all over the country. INDEPENDENT BUSINESS OWNERS are those being unscrupulous not FFS at large.

Some nice training meetings. That's it.

Lowest commission. Basically one IUL product sold. Rude and unprofessional upper level agents.
