      Steady paycheck expect for all of the employees laid off (tossed out without thought)

      Cons

      Upper management salaries in the millions annually. Most employee annual “raises” are 2%. Majority of employees have multiple degrees that are going to waste. Little or no training. New employees thrown into their new role blindfolded. CEO is rude, condescending, angry with no control over his behavior. His daily behavior includes screaming obscenities at his executive staff and hourly employees.

      This is the worst company to work for. They discriminate against employees based on your location. The benefits for California are way better and cost effective than other employee states. Management is horrible and there is no moral. There’s no opportunity for growth. The systems crash multiple times a week for both employees and clients. The 3rd party company who services the platforms ie online banking are horrible. All training is conducted via word of mouth- so there are no resources to properly consult when you need help. The entire fraud department is less than 10 people so they outsource their work to other employees. This entire company is just a mess. I would only recommend working here IF your next option is something illegal.
