Pros

Fascinating if you're thinking about living on the edge in some of the worst ways possible.

Cons

I worked really hard here, and got taken advantage of severely. You often don't even make mininum wage. I considered calling them into court about the promises they make and what not, but I just wanted to move on. The boss is horrible. I can't begin to say how mean and rude he is. Always, always, always yelling, cussing, and putting himself above everyone else. Talks about how great it will be when you become an owner, and yet he doesn't get along with any of the other owners, and claims they owe him a bunch of money. Truly sad and tragic place. 70 hour work weeks and you're expected to step on all your co-workers toes to learn the experience of "competition". Toxic toxic toxic.

Pros

Teach yourself how to be disciplined as a businesss professional

Cons

So many, 55-70 hours a week for $300-$500, horrible boss who never shows up, hustle homeless people for their benefits card, you work in the field at the worst places you could imagine in SD, not safe at all, coworkers get in fights with people all the time, checks are ALWAYS inaccurate, people at the top steal your money, work every Saturday and if you don't work sundays you're not "dedicated", consistently cussed out by your boss for not trying hard enough, they promise you an opportunity that they can't deliver on, say you have the chance to be an owner and run your own office but all the owners fail. Fight competition for people who literally sit next to you all day drinking and smoking. Have random days where you can't work because the system is down, shall I go on? Just please stay away, don't waste your time like I wasted mine.
