Just avoid working with the photo editors. One of them is trying to compensate his incompetence with an awful power trip that'll make subordinate's life miserable. He managed to make you feel awful every day when this was supposed to be a learning experience. His superiority complex disables him from communicating effectively with others so he's often very condescending and passive aggressive. Learning that I wasn't the only one feeling this way gave me some solace to get through the few months I was there.

Leadership is separate from employees, does not communicate effectively. You have to move out to move up, no career growth.
