It is a very relaxed work environment and you are given the freedom to handle your work load with out having a manager breathing down your throat. Its a family business so you are able to connect with the top executives and it really feels like a close nit family. They are also very accommodating with your personal life and willing to adapt to your schedule if able.
Cons
I feel like the pay is mediocre at best and I feel like that is a common theme company wide. The benefits could be much better as well.
