Pros
The pay is good for some positions. We are allowed to wear casual clothes at work, with few restrictions. There used to be an annual bonus system, but this might be phased out.
Cons
There is TOO MUCH WORK for the number of employees, and the rules and expectations change literally every two weeks. The upper management seem distant and uncaring. There is no room for advancement unless you are a family friend or prior co-worker of the new executive. The computer system never works appropriately, and it causes endless unnecessary frustrations and delays...despite there being nearly 12 IT consultants on staff, doing who-knows-what. The employees who are not attorneys are disrespected and poorly paid.
