Not much room to grow a lot people and to small of a company

comfortable work desk and nice building.

Huge lack of training, with no specific guidelines of expectations or solid responsibilities. Everything is up in the air until it all comes crumbling down and things turn personal. Harassment, judgement and bullying from leadership instead of building-up employees and creating positive guidance for success.
