Good co-workers and career advancement options

I would like to see an improved bonus program.

My supervisor was a very nice lady, and she gave me good reviews when she could.

The company had an across the board 'scoring' system, and even if you rated 5 stars (out of 1-5) the supervisors could only give you 3. There was zero incentive to do or be better, so why bother?
