      Decent pay and benefits, good vacation payouts

      Cons

      They care more about customers than their employees. If the company they’re hauling for doesn’t like an employee, they will side with the customer. Can’t keep a manager in the office but won’t promote office staff to management. Don’t understand employment and FMLA laws and will wrongfully terminate employees

      Great equipment! Lots of great people! Good benefits.

      Cons

      No raise in 6 years. Verbal agreements are not honored, as corporate needs change the truth changes. Steady decline in "driver first" mentality.
