      Pros

      Good equipment, communication between DM & drivers is satisfactory.

      Cons

      Pay rates are sub par @ best. 38 cpm is the starting rate regardless of job description. I was on the flatbed side; ( over-size ) etc. absolutely no rate change for extra work. Not to mention 1200 miles a week average. SAD COMPANY. TOP EXECUTIVES, TAKES CARE OF THE TOP.

      Decent pay and benefits, good vacation payouts

      Cons

      They care more about customers than their employees. If the company they’re hauling for doesn’t like an employee, they will side with the customer. Can’t keep a manager in the office but won’t promote office staff to management. Don’t understand employment and FMLA laws and will wrongfully terminate employees
