Hi! Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We appreciate both the good reviews and the bad. I am sorry to read about the Cons you mention. We are, and have been, a quickly growing company for the last year and a half and with that comes great opportunities to grow as we do. We want and encourage every Team Member to strive to become a bigger part of what we are doing every day. I am sad to see that you thought otherwise. I do appreciate your point of view and I am sorry to see you felt micro-managed. This is not something we strive to do nor is it common practice across the company.
