My staff was amazing. They worked hard every day and truly lived up to the mission statement of the organization.
Cons
Upper management is rough. CEO routinely lambasts managers and above and truly doesnt understand the amount of work she asks those under her to deal with. Directors as a result are also rude and condescending. Several are down right snakes and will smile to your face while pushing you under the bus. Beware.
