DO NOT WORK HERE - Research Associate FirstThought Employee Review

This company is going down and taking its employees with it--there is no job security and they will fire you on a whim. The metrics they expect you to hit are impossible to achieve without working constant over time. I met some great people there but management's competitive environment strains working relationships. The job entails cold calling and mass spam emailing that borders on harassment, there is little to no actual research involved. I witnessed multiple people have mental breakdowns over hitting metrics. Do not work here if you care about having a work/life balance of your mental health.
