Pros
Challenging coding and exciting work environment with public safety software that truly helps first responders. Customer support and some engineering people are good. Great software and this company could be great.
Cons
The owner is erratic and his unprofessional personal partner does whatever she wants to all the departments. Confusing and political. Stated company values only apply to select people and situations. The only other review on this site was written by their long time HR manager and negative submissions here have all been flagged by FirstWatch HR and removed,
