Pros

Great colleagues who are willing to teach and train you and have walked away with some great friendships

Cons

Not worth the pay. They want you to do more than what is required in your job title and when asking for out of cycle pay reviews to match the work you’re doing they don’t agree unless it’s on their terms.

Pros

I really enjoy working with my company and feel genuinely positive about being part of the team. The culture is welcoming and supportive, and people look out for one another, which makes a huge difference day to day. I feel well supported in my role, both by leadership and my teammates. There’s a strong sense that help is available when you need it, and that questions and ideas are encouraged, not shut down. The development opportunities are another big positive. I’ve been able to build my skills, take on new challenges, and continue to grow professionally, which makes the work feel meaningful and motivating. I also value the sense of loyalty within the company. There’s a mutual respect between the business and its people, and it feels like a place where commitment is recognised and appreciated. Overall, it’s a company I’m proud to work for and one I see myself continuing to grow with.

Cons

As with any growing company, there are occasional changes that require flexibility. The workload can fluctuate significantly during busy periods.

Pros

A genuinely great place to work. The team is welcoming, leadership is approachable and there’s a strong emphasis on learning and development. You’re trusted to do your job and supported when you want to grow or try new things. I feel lucky to be part of such a positive workplace.

Cons

Like any organisation that’s growing there can be periods of change that take time to adjust to. Processes don’t always move as quickly as you’d like, but there’s openness to improvement.
