Pros

A few benefits that don't make up for how horrible the rest of the company is.

Cons

Salary and benefits are awful compared to other companies, workloads are overwhelming due to the fact employees are forced into different roles. A lot of people in middle management are incompetent and abuse their power, while those at the top are incredibly disconnected from the rest of the company, I would not recommend working here, unless you enjoy stress.

Pros

Fast-paced environment with talented, motivated people who genuinely care about the company's success and customers. There are opportunities to make a meaningful impact, take ownership, and grow professionally. Leadership is focused on innovation and continuous improvement, and employees are encouraged to contribute ideas and challenge the status quo. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and driven by results.

Cons

The pace can be demanding at times, and priorities may shift as the company continues to evolve and respond to market opportunities. Success requires adaptability and a willingness to embrace change, but that also creates opportunities to learn and grow.

Pros

I'm still new here, one month in. But I've had an outstanding experience so far. I sell a forward thinking product that solves real problems for organizations looking to communicate more effectively with their workforce. The leadership from the CEO on down seems genuinely interested in my success, the success of the overall team, and the customers using or considering using Firstup products.

Cons

I was initially hesitant to join this company because the Glassdoor reviews here were horrendous. Before I accepted the offer, I had a heart to heart with the hiring manager, CRO, and an account executive. And I'm so glad I did. They didn't make excuses about the low ratings. They explained how a year ago this company had some toxic leadership and people left. Since then, new leadership has taken over, and even though I didn't experience the "toxic days", I can tell things here are quite different. Just goes to show how critical leadership is to a company's culture and overall success. I don't regret joining Firstup at all.
