      Strong innovation, NPD, & design. Unique Nordic influence.

      Cons

      Lost focus on NA business areas and consumers. Lack of emphasis & prioritization on the US business, customers, and consumers stalled growth & impacted existing sales, resulting in numerous re-orgs, layoffs, etc.
