      Cons

      Poor structure and complete false advertising. Lure people away from other companies only to eliminate positions.

      Pros

      Your paycheck does get deposited.

      Cons

      Most toxic work place imaginable. Total reorganizations often. Constant turnover due to horrific "leadership team". Complete disaster. Everyone good has left or is in the process of leaving. No job security, miserable staff barely drags themselves to work 2-3 days a week (unless managers, then only for company meetings).
