Pros

One of the standout benefits here is the generous parental leave policy, which truly allows employees to prioritize their families without sacrificing their careers. As a parent, I’ve felt fully supported in balancing my role with family life—something that’s rare to find in many workplaces. The company’s commitment to learning and development is another aspect I appreciate. Fiskars genuinely invests in helping employees grow, whether through structured learning programs, mentorship opportunities, or ongoing training. I also have to highlight the cultural collaboration at Fiskars. We’re a truly global company, and it shows in the diverse perspectives and cultural insights shared daily. It’s enriching to work alongside talented people from around the world who bring fresh perspectives and energy. Lastly, my manager has been instrumental in my journey here. They’re not only an advocate for my career but genuinely care about me as a person. Having a manager who listens, supports, and values both my professional growth and well-being is such a gift.

Cons

Fiskars Group doesn’t currently offer fully remote work options, which may be limiting for those who prefer more flexibility in their work arrangements.

Pros

Your paycheck does get deposited.

Cons

Most toxic work place imaginable. Total reorganizations often. Constant turnover due to horrific "leadership team". Complete disaster. Everyone good has left or is in the process of leaving. No job security, miserable staff barely drags themselves to work 2-3 days a week (unless managers, then only for company meetings).
