Things have changed in a not so good way. With the departing of certain managers and a massive restructure of departments, Fit has shifted into a new culture that is negative and reeks of mistrust for their employees. Overturn rate is almost constant, and this is due to this new shift. They talk a big "work hard play hard" game, but if you're stuck as a field tech, you get none of the perks of working in the headquarters off Euclid. Often times, you'll see their social media posts with employees playing games or attending events, but these commodities are not extended to those in the field. In fact, when working in the field, you find many of the commodities almost mocking in a way because you're so behind on work, yet your co-workers have time to play fooseball or ping pong. In many cases, you'll find the number of field techs don't match the client work load, leading to terrible burnout due to coverage, or even quitting due to lack of support and training when first hired. C-Suite are blind and unwilling to compromise with employees, so it just fuels the fire.
