Worst Company to work with - HR Fitpass Employee Review

I had a highly disappointing experience with this company. The so called FOUNDERS lacks professionalism and often demonstrates inappropriate behavior toward employees. There appears to be a significant gap in ethical standards, and the management style is reminiscent of outdated and authoritarian practices. The company has made misleading claims—such as advertising access to 5000+ gyms—which do not reflect the actual offerings. Transparency and integrity seem to be major issues. I would strongly advise potential candidates to consider other opportunities if they value a respectful work culture and peace of mind.
