I thought this was going to be my dream job - sadly not! I have never worked with such an egotistical management team who have no clue how to manage a business let alone support staff, and refuse to listen. The atmosphere is awful, bullying is rife and a there is a severe blame culture throughout, with reception taking the blame for everyone else’s mistakes. If you want a stressful, highly pressurised and thankless job then this is for you - if not avoid!

Not a lot to be honest

Treat their staff horrifically. No consequences for staff being off sick meaning people have to work longer hours to cover. They sack their hardworking staff with no warning or disciplinary action beforehand AND advertise the role on the same day for more money. Quite frankly, they have no care for their staff, the vets think they are above admin staff which results in a serious power trip and bullying. DO NOT WORK HERE.
