Pros
Free Meal during 7-8 hour shift Cleanest fast food chain around Good music
Cons
My local Five Guys hired a ton of employees when the store first opened up (15-20 people during a shift) and promised 30-37 hours. After things settled down instead of firing workers they'd only give out 4-8 hours a week and pressured employees to quit. I assumed this was a tactic to avoid paying unemployment. This was all delegated by the grey shirts that promised close to full time hours for the foreseeable future. I didn't cave and after weeks of pressure to quit and nudges to find other employment I was finally fired and able to claim unemployment. Now when I go in to this place as a customer I see 3-4 people, tops, working at any given time.
