Pros

Having a secret shopper program that pays the employees for doing a good job is a huge incentive. Amounts vary based on how busy a store is but overall the atmosphere and the people are good company.

Cons

Pressure from the upper management on their managers to deliver a high quality product despite being strict on labor can often leave the shift short handed. The food is expensive, which has helped a little with labor but when you give a GM more room, they won't use it to make their own numbers look better. Lots of cleaning, which is also a pro as the company is probably one of the cleanest companies I've ever worked for.

Pros

They will teach you everything you need to be successful. They have much higher standards than most places, one of the few places I'd have no problem eating at any location. They'll make sure you have everything you need to meet those standards, especially once you get to a management level. They have corporate trainers and the GM at my location was also great. I'm a GM at a different place now and my experience here left me well prepared me for that position.

Cons

Pay. That's the only reason I left, I would have stayed with the company if I could have gotten a raise and I would definitely return if they offered something comparable to what I'm making elsewhere.
