      Pros

      Strong team of developers and managers. The leadership performed well during the pandemic and subsequent hostilities in Ukraine (a certain number of developers were there). Great big clients with interesting tasks.

      Cons

      The company is still growing and is just starting its big journey.

      Good work-life balance, great team, Management is trying to meet your expectations. There is a horizontal company structure that gives space to grow.

      Cons

      Sometimes too much pressure on being more productive and time recording. Sometimes, there is not enough workload and sometimes there are overloads.
