-No overtime -pay isn’t all that great -Not enough Hours

-amazing to work outside -good wellness benefits -co workers are great -conservation mission, but more focused on the public

-uncompetitive pay -not for introverts, may have to work with volunteers and the public -may have to work 7-10 days in a row -burn out, physical exhaustion
