Pros
If you can play the game and be a good old boy, you can get ahead at Five Star. When you aren't in with upper management, you might as well be out. Learn to play golf and drink and drive if you are going to work at Five Star.
Cons
Awful pay, long hours, bad management. They encourage bad behaviors like drinking and driving and the hostile work environment causes problems at home with employees. Stan Ziherl is an awful person and isn't above throwing things and berating employees.
